If you have the opportunity to visit Rick and Kathi Petrocelly's flagship store, The Olive Tap, in the historic village of Long Grove, Illinois, you will sample some of the most unique, flavorful, freshest award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars available from around the world. The store is located in a designated historic building from the early 1800s that originally housed the town's general store.

Two more Olive Tap stores have opened in Downers Grove, Illinois and Medina, Ohio, both stores carry the same fine products and offer the same great customer service.

Olive Oil Tasting Emporium

At The Olive Tap you can sample oils and vinegars from large stainless steel urns called Fustis before deciding on your purchase. Then your product is bottled on the spot, fresh and wholesome. Side by side, you'll be able to detect the subtle–and sometimes not so subtle–differences in the various Extra Virgin Olive Oil, flavored Olive Oils, Vinegar, and Balsamic Vinegar products.

The Olive Tap store is open 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
