If you have the opportunity to visit The Olive Tap, in the historic village of Long Grove, Illinois, you will sample some of the most unique, flavorful, and freshest award-winning extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars available. The store is located in a designated historic building from the late 1800s, originally housing the town's original Creamery.

Beyond our flagship store in Long Grove, additional The Olive Tap stores are located in Downers Grove, Illinois, Medina, Ohio, and Manitou Springs, Colorado. All stores carry the same fine oils and vinegars, and offer the same excellent customer service.

Olive Oil Tasting Emporium

At any Olive Tap store, you can sample oils and vinegars from large stainless steel urns called Fustis. Side by side, you'll be able to detect the subtle–and sometimes not so subtle–differences in the various extra virgin olive oil, flavored olive oils, vinegar, and balsamic vinegar products. Once you decide on the varietal(s), your product is bottled on the spot, fresh and wholesome.

Find your preference among the Italian, Spanish, Greek, Tunisian, Australian, and Californian products (among others!), or allow a helpful salesperson to make a recommendation based on your food preferences and how you anticipate using the product. All of The Olive Tap's olive oils are 100% extra virgin and first cold pressed, and all of our balsamic vinegars come from Modena, Italy.
