you have the opportunity to visit Rick and Kathi Petrocelly's
store, The Olive Tap, in the historic Village of Long Grove,
Illinois, you will sample some of the most unique, flavorful,
freshest award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic
Vinegars available from around the world. The store is located
in a designated historic building from the early 1800s that
originally housed the town's general store.
At The Olive Tap you can sample oils and vinegars from large
stainless steel urns called Fustis before deciding on your purchase.
Then your product is bottled on the spot, fresh and wholesome.
Side by side, you'll be able to detect the subtle–and sometimes
not so subtle–differences in the various Extra Virgin Olive
Oil and Balsamic Vinegar products.

Find your preference among the Italian, Spanish, Greek, Tunisian,
Australian and Californian products (among others!), or allow
a helpful salesperson to make a recommendation based on your
food preferences and the way that you will use the product.
All of the olive oil is 100% Extra Virgin and first cold pressed.
The Olive Tap store is open 10:00 AM
to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and
11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
on Sunday. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
