Rick's Macadamia Encrusted Sea Bass

Sea Bass or Tilapia Fillets
Flour
Egg
Bread Crumbs
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Ground Macadamia Nuts
Macadamia Nut Oil
Whisk the egg with a little water. Mix the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and ground Macadamia Nuts. Lightly dust the fish with flour, then dip in the egg wash. Coat the fish with the cheese, crumb macadamia breading and shake off excess.
Saute the fish in the macadamia nut oil.
