White or whole grain bread
A light, buttery Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olive Tap Garlic Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Toast the bread. Pour the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Garlic Olive Oil over the bread. (Some people heat the olive oil, but it's not required.) Then sprinkle the bread with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately. This is particularly good with Italian food and Chianti Classico.
