Linda Smith’s Garlic Bread

Crusty French or Italian Bread
Garlic Olive Oil from The Olive Tap
Pesto
Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano

Cut the bread into thick slices. Brush with the Garlic Olive Oil. Spread on the pesto. Place under the broiler until the bread starts to toast. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese and return to the broiler until the cheese melts.

You can substitute chopped basil, parsley, salt, and pepper for the pesto.
