Linda Smith’s Tuscan Salad

Chopped Romaine and other greens
Cubed mozzarella
Sliced pepperoni
Sliced black olives
Grated parmesan
Croutons
Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil from The Olive Tap
The Olive Tap's Aceto Balsamico di Modena, 3-Leaf Quality

In a salad bowl, toss all the ingredients except the Arbequina and Aceto Balsamico.

Whisk three parts Arbequina to one part Aceto Balsamico and toss into the greens.
