Maddie’s Fruit Salad

At least 3 different kinds of berries and/or fruit
Fennel (Italian finocchio)
Peach White Balsamic Vinegar from The Olive Tap
Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil from The Olive Tap

Choose several of your favorite berries and/or fruits. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, and other sweet fruits work best.

Separate the fennel, then dice. Use enough fennel to add some crunch and a little bit of anise flavor to the salad, but be careful not to overpower the fruit. Mix the fruit with the fennel in a bowl.

Make a vinaigrette using 1 part Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil to 4 parts Peach Balsamic. Drizzle on the fruit salad and serve.
