Mario’s Braised Balsamic Chicken

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil from The Olive Tap
Garlic Olive Oil from The Olive Tap
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Aceto Balsamico
14.5 oz San Marzano tomatoes
1 tsp. Basil from The Olive Tap Spice Locker
1 tsp. Oregano from The Olive Tap Spice Locker
1 tsp. Rosemary from The Olive Tap Spice Locker
1/2 tsp. Thyme from The Olive Tap Spice Locker
Preheat oven to 350º. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the Italiano and a little of the Garlic Olive Oil in an oven-proof skillet and brown the onion and chicken.
Pour the tomatoes over the chicken, breaking up the whole tomatoes. Add all spices. Place the pan in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Check to make sure that the chicken is cooked.
