Mario’s Caprese Salad

Lettuce leaves
Roma tomatoes
Bufala Mozzarella
Arugula
Fresh Basil leaves
Basil Olive Oil from The Olive Tap
Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil from The Olive Tap
Premium White Balsamic Vinegar from The Olive Tap

It is easy to make this simple salad. Just slice the tomatoes and place them on a bed of lettuce. Slice the mozzarella and place one slice on each slice of tomato. Place arugula and a basil leaf on each. Drizzle with a little Italiano, Basil Olive Oil and Premium White Balsamic.
