Baked Avocado with Vincotto

2 avocados
Grated Gruyere cheese
Salt and pepper
½ tablespoon Orignale Vincotto
Paprika
Fresh parsley for garnishing

Slice avocados in half and remove their pit. Remove the pulp using a teaspoon. Place pulp into a bowl; add plenty of Gruyere, salt and pepper, mix well. Refill the avocado halves with the mixture. Sprinkle with Originale Vincotto and paprika. Place in oven and bake until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley and serve.
