Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

1 (16 oz.) Can chick peas, drained
½ tsp. garlic
Salt
Parsley
Olive oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Tahini (sesame butter)
½ cup Olive Tap Sun-dried Tomato Bruschetta

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley. For variety make with Olive Tap Roasted Red Pepper Beaujolais.

Serves 6 to 8
