Mario's Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Adjust your measurements accordingly based on the amount of Vinaigrette you desire.

4 Tablespoons Parts Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard

Whisk the oil, vinegar and mustard until emulsified.

Perfect over your favorite salad greens with blue or feta cheeses, chopped pecans or walnuts, dried fruit like raisins or craisins.
