Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette (with Honey)

3 T Olive Tap Aceto Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C Olive Tap Hojiblanca, Arbequina or other Lighter Profile EVOO
1 T Honey
2 t Dijon Mustard
1/8 t Kosher Salt
Pepper to Taste
Whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients except the olive oil. While continuously whisking, slowly steam in the olive oil until combined.
Serve over your favorite mixed green salad or drizzle over cooked sweet potatoes.
