The Olive Tap Shipping Schedule & Rates
All orders will be shipped via UPS for standard, residential addresses within the continental United States. PO Boxes, Military Addresses and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent USPS at the rates delineated when ordering.
Orders received will be processed and delivered to our shipping carriers within 2-3 business days, not withstanding any order processing issues. The shipping carrier's standard delivery times then apply. To estimate your product arrival, please allow 2-3 business days of Olive Tap processing time PLUS estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days for most shipments.
If product must arrive by a specific date, please call us at 1-888-642-5472 to review the available shipping options at the most affordable rates.
If there are any questions at all regarding shipping, please give us a call and we will work to answer your questions and accommodate any reasonable requests.
Areas and Rates
Orders < $75.00: The shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order at the rates determined by the carrier. These rates will be published during the checkout process.
Orders ≥ $75.00: FREE SHIPPING is available with the Coupon Code FREESHIP75 for orders greater than or equal to $75.00. The coupon code must be entered during the checkout process. If the coupon code is not entered, shipping will be charged at the calculated rates. No credits or refunds will be issued due to the customer’s omission of the Coupon Code.
The Free Shipping Coupon is valid ONLY for orders to be shipped via UPS Ground and is NOT VALID for expedited orders, in store purchases (to be shipped) or phone orders (to be shipped). The Free Shipping Coupon is a limited time offer and The Olive Tap reserves the right to change this offer at any time. The Free Shipping Coupon is NOT combinable with other discounts or offers.
Our On-line Return Policy
Due to freshness of our oil and vinegar products and limited availability of select products, returns will be honored within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date by our shipping carriers. If you wish to return an item, please call us for authorization at:
M-F: 10 am to 5:00 pm
Please request to speak with a manager regarding a return and have your Olive Tap Order Number on hand. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Refunds, Exchanges or Replacements:
Valid for products when authorized by management for return. Products must be in the original packaging and in "resale" condition. Defective items will be evaluated by management for either a replacement, exchange or return.
Note: Shipping costs (when applicable) are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or the product/order issue was the result of an error by The Olive Tap.
Not Returnable for Refund, Exchange or Replacement: Personalized or Custom Bottles, Individual Components of Gift Baskets, or Product Requests beyond the 30 day return window.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
The Olive Tap is not responsible for undeliverable or refused shipments by the recipient. In the event of a returned package to The Olive Tap, we will contact the customer regarding the situation and work to coordinate a new delivery. It is, however, the customer's responsibility to pay for the incremental shipping charges if re-shipment is requested. If it is unable to be re-shipped, The Olive Tap will refund the amount of the order, less original shipping costs, to the customer.
