375 ml. - Our 2010 Tuscany selection is an artisanal Extra Virgin Olive Oil featuring the traditional varietals of the region: Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino. A blend of handpicked green and ripe olives gives this olive oil an exceptional Tuscan flavor profile, high Polyphenol counts for good health, and durability for long shelf life. Purists will reserve Olio della Toscana as finishing oil, drizzled on meats, poultry, rice and pasta dishes, and vegetables. We Americans will be comfortable pairing it with all types of vinegars. The Tuscan profile will complement salads, pasta and sauces, and cooked dishes. It is excellent bread dipping oil plain or when paired with seasonings and grated cheese.
