The flavor is excellent. I've used it from roasting veggies to making our favorite salad dressings. A definite pantry staple.

This is a new oil for me and I thought it was robust and very flavorful. I especially like it on bland roasted veggies and I also used it on roasted green peppers. Just loved it and would definitely reorder and am actually thinking of getting a few extra for gifts.
