High in Oleocanthal

I purchased this oil because I suspected it would be high in a compound called oleocanthal. This is what causes the tingle in the back of the throat. This oil has a decent burning sensation and is therefore a high quality product. If you're taking EVOO as a supplement this would be a good option for the health benefits.
