Hand blended from brown sugar, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, yellow mustard powder, black pepper, onion, sea salt and habanero powder. This Buffalo style dry rub has a nice balance of sweet from the brown sugar with some subtle nuanced heat from the chili powder, smoked paprika and habanero.
For 2 lbs of chicken wings, work in 4-6 tablespoons of seasoning with your hands to evenly coat them. Place the seasoned wings in a resealable bag in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours (the longer, the better). Bake or broil to finish!
