I am on my 4th bottle and I absolutely love it, great on salads, I use it on all meats as a marinade and absolutely love it on roasted asparagus . Really good on pound cake and ice cream also.

I was not a fan of balsamic vinegar until I tasted my daughter's Olive Tap fig balsamic vinegar. It has a wonderful flavor and it is great on tomatoes and Mozzarella. I cant wait to try other products

Perfect balance between sweet and acidic. I use it on broccoli, as well as quinoa and even mixed veggies. Olive Tap carries best quality I've found.
