The delicious flavor of red apples in a crisp, sweet White Balsamic combine to create scrumptious and tasty vinegar that will produce delicious salads and glazes. This is a low acidity, sweet Balsamic that can be paired with many of The Olive Tap’s oils. We like it with all of our EVOO’s, especially the lighter ones which let the Apple Flavor shine. It also pairs well with our Sorrento or Meyer Lemon Olive Oils.
Try it on a salad of fresh greens, apple slices, walnuts, red onion and cheddar cheese. Use it to glaze Pork Chops and Chicken. For a quick treat, slice and sauté a tart apple in butter and brown sugar and deglaze with Red Apple White Balsamic Vinegar. Drizzle over sliced apples and Parmesan cheese for a simple treat.
