This is absolutely wonderful and use with olive oil for my salads. I will definitely keep buying!
This is by far the best vinegar I’ve ever purchaed - so much so, that I turned around and ordered a second bottle the same day. I live in Minnesota and have found nothing like it here. Not to mention that The Olive Tap customer service can’t be beat!
I needed to return a bottle because I realized I already had an unopened one. So then I was introduced to the Kalamata Olive Oil. They (The Olive Tap) suggested that I try it with this (Lambrusco) wine vinegar. OMG. So I had one bottle of each. Best impromptu salad dressing ever...IMHO. So when I ran out, I ordered 3 of each so I won't run out of either for a very long time. BTW...great dressing on a tomato only salad.
Lambrusco is by far the best vinegar we have ever tasted. Our whole family loves it. Everyone that I have taste it, loves it. I can't eat a salad without it. I have to say that we end up using much less oil because it tastes so good - which is great for our diets.
You will never find a better red wine vinegar!
We have tried many other wine vinegars but none of them even come close to The Olive Tap's Lambrusco Wine Vinegar. Not even close. This is the best - and we'll be back for more.
I was amazed at the difference this vinegar made in my salad dressings. Now when I order it, I get 2 at a time - running out of it is not an option. The depth of flavor is remarkable, and addicting.
I love this vinegar so much I look forward to my lunch salad every day! I combine it with a little of the Basil Olive Oil and it is fantastic. I can never go back to bottled salad dressing.
