I fix my own granola and use the Blood Orange Olive Oil instead of butter. The Olive Oil is healthier, and the orange flavor really comes through after baking/drying the granola. We also use this Olive Oil, instead of butter, when baking orange-flavored cakes and scones. It intensifies the orange flavor.

I use equal parts of this olive oil with the Satsuma Orange White Balsamic Vinegar for a delicious salad dressing. The beet salad recipe on your website that uses these two products is absolutely terrific.
I mix this with the Mango White Riserva balsamic vinegar for a salad dressing. It is light and refreshing and good with goat cheese in the salad. It's my go to dressing now.
