Refund policy

Our Online Return Policy

Due to freshness of our oil and vinegar products and limited availability of select products, returns may be honored within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date by our shipping carriers. If you wish to return an item, please call us for authorization at: 888-642-5472 Monday-Saturday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Please request to speak with a manager regarding a return and have your Olive Tap Order Number on hand. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. 

Refunds, Exchanges or Replacements:

Valid for products when authorized by management for return. Products must be in the original packaging and in "resale" condition.  Defective items will be evaluated by management for either a replacement, exchange or return.   

Note:  Shipping costs (when applicable) are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or the product/order issue was the result of an error by The Olive Tap.  

Not Returnable for Refund, Exchange or Replacement:  Personalized or Custom Bottles, Individual Components of Gift Baskets, or Product Requests beyond the 30 day return window.
