This is the first "flavored" balsamic vinegar I've tried. WOW...I'm sorry it took me so long to find it. My hubby and I don't use oil of any kind and are now trying different vinegars and herbs for dressing our salads. This is fantastic. Have just ordered and received some Blueberry and can't wait to try that one. You will be getting repeat orders from me.
I am a huge fan of the Olive Tap vinegars and have been using them exclusively for many years- I usually stick with what used to be the 18 year one but have tried blueberry, fig, strawberry and others over the years. This is the first one I didn't like. For me the cherry was too tart and too aggressive.

This balsamic vinegar is by far the best I have ever tasted. This is amazing as a salad dressing and I look forward to using it as a marinade. It is so full of flavor. Absolutely perfect!

Love many of these balsamic vinegars from the Olive Tap but this is my very favorite. Caramelize Onions in this and toss with green beans and turkey bacon. Pork tenderloin, salads --- it's great even with no oil!

The cherry infused flavor of the vinegar used as a marinade with pork and extra used as a cherry balsamic glaze topping is superb. The meat is more moistened. Plan on experiencing this with pork chops and chicken. Also going to put a little cherry balsamic on the tomatoes next time I make bruschetta. Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is not just for salads any more.
