Summer Corn and Tomato Salad

Fresh summer corn and tomato salad made with sweet corn kernels, diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, fresh basil, green onions, and fresh herbs, tossed in a light dressing.

Combine corn, cherry tomatoes, green onion, feta cheese and basil. In a separate bowl whisk together the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic and your favorite EVOO. Add to other ingredients and stir to combine.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
