A little too thick, too sweet and way too strong herb wise to my liking. Tried it on a salad as well as a dipping sauce for crusty bread - not to my liking. Would appreciate some suggestions for other uses so as not to waste this rather expensive product. For now it will remain on my shelf.
Never tried an Olive Tap product we didn't like.
Stepping away from heavy sauces and more towards balsamic vinegars. This Italian Herbs blend fits the bill perfectly. So good, herbaceous and smooth. Works well with everything you’d imagine and then some. Will get the big bottle next time! The additional pour spout is handy.
On our honeymoon we visited the olive tap in Manitou Springs and loved the oils and vinegars. We just ran out of our beloved Herbs of Naples and opted for this instead. Just as tasty and perfect for salads.
