This Balsamic has a nice tang to it along with a little zing from the Serrano pepper. I've only used it on my lettuce salad and it is a winner. It is a little on the thin side, not a thick balsamic like some and the sweetness from the honey is evident. Very nice balance.
So nice to have a vinegar that packs a little heat! Great on salads and drizzled over roasted vegetables. One I will need to keep on hand.
This vinegar is such an awesome blend of heat from the peppers and sweet from the honey. Not a heavy vinegar. Very light and surprisingly special! Wasn’t sure of what to expect but this will be a staple in my kitchen.

Pairs perfectly with Persian Lime Olive Oil. Best dressing for a salad ever.
