Top your pre-packaged Kale Vegetable Salad Mix with cut up peaches.
For Peach Vinaigrette: Whisk together 2 parts Ascolano Extra Virgin Olive Oil with 1 part Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, and Seasonello to taste.
