I love chocolate but really need to not eat it every day! Now when I want a rich chocolatey flavor I can reach for my Dark Chocolate Balsamic and get the chocolate flavor I'm looking for. I'm looking forward in adding this to my next chocolate cake recipe. Love it over fruit and oats! yum yum!
Delicious. I made the balsamic cookies. Everyone loved the decadent flavor. It livened up fresh pineapple and strawberries too.

I tried the Dark Chocolate Balsamic and it was excellent. I ended up using it mostly on fruit and of course it is awesome on strawberries. I also recently bought a Yo Nanna machine that makes fruit smoothies. The Chocolate Balsamic was the perfect topper for those. It made it taste just like you are getting soft serve ice cream with chocolate on top. Another A plus Balsamic from you guys.
I wasn’t sure what to think of this, but figured I’d try it. I had a bowl of fresh strawberries for dessert, and didn’t know what to have with them as I’m trying to avoid sugar, cream, etc. I put a little of this vinegar, and they were delicious together!
