Love, love, love! Great as a stand alone dressing on salads. I like it on strawberries, too! I could totally drink this!
The best... I enjoyed my first bottle straight up by the spoonful. It is super in a dressing or as a finishing drizzle
Very light and flavorful
This was the first time I tried the Lemon White Balsamic and it was my very favorite one of your many great tastes. So refreshing and tasteful. I am trying to have power greens 3 times a day for health reasons and your balsamic vinegar has taken it from a chore to a treat. You guys really made my life better with this one.
It makes a wonderful low fat dressing on salads. My favorite item.
Not sure why these Olive Tap balsamic vinegars as so different than most store bought. I almost thought they were mixed with olive oil as they pour thick but then thin out once applied. Thinner then a glaze. As far as taste I love the lemon as it goes with so many things from greens, fruit, and even fish! Yes I said fish! I am finding myself pouring this on things I would not use vinegar on as it is so rich and diverse in taste. I am on my 2nd bottle and have ordered about 5 other types of their balsamic vinegars. Start with the half size bottles and then order the full size in the ones you really love. My problem is I have not found one I don't like. Thank you Olive Tap for creating such a great and healthy balsamic vinegar.
I use this delicious Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar as a salad dressing and also as a seasoning when I made my 'buddha' bowls with rice, veggies etc. Delicious!
Love this Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar! You can also use for a marinade or dipping sauce for bread.
Refreshingly sweet with a delicate lemon tang. Our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has nicely balanced acidity with a crisp lemon flavor and aroma. It makes an excellent substitute for lemon juice.
Pair it with our Tuscan Herb or Basil Olive Oils for an outstanding vinaigrette for greens or tomato salads. Use as a fabulous glaze for chicken or shrimp. Drizzle it straight over fried, baked and broiled fish and shellfish. For more lemon taste, pair with any fruity olive oil (e.g. Ascolano or Arbequina).
