It is the only olive oil I buy for salads and finishing. It is mild and fruity and paired with Olive Tap's champagne vinegar makes it the perfect dressing! We LOVE it.
Estate grown in a small Northern California Valley by a multi-Award Winning producer. This Arbequina is a 2023 Silver Award Winner in the New York International Olive Oil Competition and is a superb example of medium intensity, fruity and well balanced Arbequina. Featuring an aroma and flavor notes of fresh cut grass, a hint of ripe fruit, and very pleasant balanced, slightly peppery finish. Another Long Time Customer Favorite!
It is ideal everyday oil to use for sautéing and baking, in salad dressings and marinades, and for dipping and drizzling. For delicious vinaigrette, pair with any of our Balsamic Vinegars.
