Carol hosted a public seminar with Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, nationally known physician and author of "Preventing and Reversing Heart Disease", last November in the Chicago area. She contacted Rick to let him know of the seminar because she was aware that Dr. Esselstyn refers his patients to The Olive Tap for the wonderful balsamic vinegars. Although it was her first meeting with Rick, she immediately connected with him on both a personal and professional basis.  Carol says "We would be lost without the addition of the many flavors of The Olive Tap's wonderful variety of balsamic vinegars.
