This is a really nice tasting olive oil. We have a Limited Supply of this delicious mild and buttery Arbosana 100% EVOO. This is a unique variety that comes from Northern Spain. It’s a medium intensity olive oil with a lot of different flavors. It tastes very fresh and crisp with notes of some green apple, herbs, cinnamon, and mint. Our Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil also has hints of ripe apple and a buttery essence. It has low bitterness and is well balanced by its fruity qualities which leaves a nice lingering aftertaste on the palate.

Arbosana is a nice finishing and cooking olive oil. Use it for Salad Dressings with your favorite of The Olive Tap’s Balsamic Vinegars. Great for Bread Dipping, Grilled Meats, Aioli.
