Tropical & fruity, with notes of mango, pineapple, apricot, peach, and a touch of green herbaceousness (tomato leaf).
The medium fruitiness and overall sensory profile of this Ascolano is ideal on fish, chicken and vegetables. It is excellent to pair with your favorite Olive Tap Balsamic Vinegar for salad dressings. We especially like it with our Strawberry, Peach and other White Balsamic Vinegars. It will also serve as great bread dipping oil, alone or with our bread dipping herbs.
