It is wonderfully balanced and has a nice herbal aroma along with fresh-cut grass, green banana, mint, cinnamon and black pepper flavors. The Olive Tap’s Ayvalik is an ideal everyday oil to use for sauteing, salad dressings and marinades. It is great with pasta!
