Cilantro Red Onion Olive oil is my favorite. I have purchased four bottles and I am on my 3rd bottle. I find myself reaching for it and eating it with a lot of different meals and I highly recommend.

Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil is a very well balanced but mild oil with sweet onion flavor and a hint of Cilantro. The flavors are subtle, and this oil should generally be used as salad or topping oil. The mild flavors will be diminished under most cooking conditions.
This Olive Tap limited edition oil is especially delicious drizzled on roasted vegetables and freshly grilled corn. It is an excellent topping for fish and chicken and is well suited as a flank or skirt steak marinade. The producer likes it for Tacos, Guacamole, Salsas, Chili and Rice. You’ll love it on salads, especially paired with our Sicilian Lemon, Serrano Pepper Honey, Mango and other White Balsamic Vinegars.
