I first bought this vinegar 2 years ago on a visit in Philadelphia, and loved it.
I have been trying ever since to mail order it, but the store did not ship.
Happy I am not the kind of person that gives up easily, finally was able to order it.
It is just like the wine full bodied, buttery rich...not bitter and not sweet!
I have been using Lambrusco vinegar from Olive tap for quite a long time now it has a very rich fine taste. It works well salad dressings and in cooking much better than a regular wine vinegar.
