I love this oil and will continue to order it. However, recently the cap technology has changed so it’s impossible to get the new corks in and out. I saved one of the old ones and will continue to reuse it until something happens to it and at that point, I may have to abandon buying the oil.
This is the best all-purpose olive oil I use. Perfect for sauteeing and baking. Great in salads. A real winner!

I have been using this oil for years. Wanted a good quality olive oil. Picked this one for its very mild flavor that does not hide or interfere with the flavor of the good. However, I feel the need to qualify this statement. I know absolutely nothing about olive oils and even less about flavors in cooking. But my daughter convinced me by a taste test the difference between store bought “virgin olive oil” and The Olive Tap quality oils. I was sold immediately. Then I discovered Mia’s Blend.
