Was introduced to this during a festival last summer, along with Lambrusco Wine Vinegar. The 2 together make the best impromptu salad dressing.

I first bought this oil for a fish dish that I needed an oil to work well with the other ingredients in the recipe (Feta Cheese, Brined Kalamatas, Red Onions) This was recommended to me for that recipe but since, because of its clean, bright, flavor it has become my "tried & true" everyday, multi-purpose oil. I literally use it everyday for everything. I like olive oil to add a very, VERY, subtle flavor and not interfere or run over any other ingredient and that's exactly what this does!
