This oil tastes just wonderful. I'm excited to find different ways to use it. I make my own peanut butter and almond butter, and when I added a bit of this walnut oil, it added a tasty, roasted flair. Best nut butters so far!

I made salad dressing using strawberry balsamic with this French roasted walnut oil and I added 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Absolutely delicious! A hit with the family!
