I have loved this oil for a number of years. The flavor is amazing
Once or twice a year it seems friends who I've given this oil to as a gift in the past task me "Can you get more! How can I get more?" It's perfect for quick simple cooking, simply prepare pasta, a cream sauce, or meat like pork or chicken, in the simplest way, and then pour a little of this on at the end, after cooking, so it doesn't get heated except by the heat of the food itself. Just sprinkle and eat, it's so earthy and warming!

This porcini olive oil is so delicious! I cannot find it where I live in Northern Virginia. This is my favorite recipe using porcini olive oil... and it is so simple. Boil red, white, and blue potatoes until tender. Drain them and smash them. Sprinkle with black salt and chopped, fresh flat leaf parsley. Drizzle with porcini olive oil. Enjoy. It is a treat for the eye and the tastebuds.
