Inspired by the flavored oils and Limoncello we experienced during a supplier visit to Sorrento, Italy.  We strive to duplicate the flavor of Sorrento Lemons, in which both the aroma and taste are unmistakable with a smooth, long-lasting lemon finish. This is new harvest oil from Italy that exhibits a slight peppery finish.  The Agrumato method of crushing the fruit with the olives produces the most authentic Lemon Flavored Olive Oil you can find.  We guarantee you a real lemon flavor that cannot be matched by oils produced by any other means.

The highly fragrant and fresh zesty lemon flavor of this oil will make fish, fowl and salads taste heavenly.  Just a few drops and a pinch of salt and pepper are all you need on fish, chicken and roasted vegetables.  Vinegar pairings are endless, including our favorites such as Pomegranate, Raspberry, Honey, Blueberry and Bordeaux Cherry.  For a refreshing and elegant dressing on greens, pair it with tart white vinegars.

    Fantastic flavor! Have used in salad dressing, pancakes, muffins, and even makes the best marshmallows when used with the Sorrento Lemon.

    Make an easy dish stunning. Buy the premade cheese and spinach stuffed ravioli - you know the kind that Costco or Trader Joe's sell. After boiling sprinkle with Herbes de Provence and Parmesan then drizzle with Lemon olive oil..... it makes the sun shine.

    Makes anything taste better... Roasted asparagus to die for dressed with a little sea salt! Use for simple dressing paired with Pineapple White Balsamic : brush on swordfish with salt and pepper and finish with a herb butter, I use it weekly!

    So far, I have only used this on a simple spring mix salad. The flavor was absolutely to die for!! I could not believe a flavored olive oil could make such a difference. I can never use a simple EVOO again on my salad.
