I absolutely love this seasoning! It's not tart the way you would expect a lime seasoning to be but I can't explain the taste of it - it's complex. This seasoning goes on just about everything. One of my favorite uses is just on plain pasta. This spice and plain pasta together make a cheap, healthy, and delicious dish.
