A little too thick, too sweet and way too strong herb wise to my liking. Tried it on a salad as well as a dipping sauce for crusty bread - not to my liking. Would appreciate some suggestions for other uses so as not to waste this rather expensive product. For now it will remain on my shelf.
Great for pasta salad. Wonder full kick to pasta sauces. Again I had a sample bottle and had to come back for more!

Use it almost every day
We use this vinegar as the sole replacement for salad dressing and I use it as one of the ingredients in my homemade spaghetti sauce as commercial sauce has too much salt, sugar, and corn syrup.
I received my first bottle as a gift and had to order more after I finished that bottle. I have tried a lot of brands but none compare to this one.
I tried this product first and am amazed. Delicious doesn't begin to describe it. I added it to a tomato sauce for chicken and the flavors were better than ever. Even alone it was great!
