This is the closest balsamic I've found to traditional balsamic at an affordable price for regular uses. It is syrupy thick, sweet, and only slightly tart. Like traditional balsamic vinegar, it is no longer "vinegar", but condiment, which is great even on pears and ice cream. Yum!

Tasted this at a friend's home and ran out to buy it! Amazing! I'm using it as a salad dressing, and it's all that is needed! Just drizzle it on and enjoy! It will be great on figs and cheeses... on most anything actually!
