Aceto Balsamico di Moena, 4 leaf quality, is the best Balsamic you can buy. We use it as is for salad dressing, also sprinkle it on vegetables for extra flavor. It's great in any recipe that calls for vinegar, too. I've tried a lot of Balsamics, and this one is the very best.

The vinegar is an excellent product. However, the bottle and the top cork need to be redesigned. The cork dries with the vinegar on it and becomes difficult to open and this VERY EXPENSIVE vinegar continually drips down the side of the bottle and is wasted. The bottle needs to be cleaned after each use. Other balsamic bottles have a retractable spout that allows the vinegar to flow perfectly

When I read 'not all balsamic's are alike I wanted to taste the difference for myself. This rich delicious balsamic will keep me coming back for years. I wouldn't dip or cook with any other now. If I did it would only sacrifice the flavor I could have if I use this!
I use this balsamic for marinades for meat and vegetables, dressings etc. If you are looking for a balsamic that works with everything this is it.
