I use this on salads with fresh greens, strawberries, fresh mozzarella, mandarin oranges, cashews, and blueberries. What a perfect match. I typically like a raspberry dressing on this type of salad, but this fits the bill perfectly. If you like a mix like I mentioned, this is for you!

This is my absolute favorite. Yes it is sweet but you if you like coconut you will not be disappointed. Was out of stock for a while so this time I bought two of the larger size bottles.

Although the scale rates this OO on a OOOOO scale it is sweet to me and a great taste. Use it on vegetables as a dressing or as an ingredient for a salad dressing or for sautéing instead of using oil, much like you would use a reduction sauce.
