Pairs well with Serrano Pepper Honey Balsamic Vinegar for a wonderful dressing on salads. I drizzle a bit of this on most everything for a nice flavorful finish. Try it on eggs and grits!
This oil tastes awesome! The 375ml did not last very long, so I had to buy the bigger one! I love it with some lime juice for a salad dressing, or drizzled over fish while cooking, it really adds phenomenal flavor to whatever you use it for!
Excellent quality. Bought this with the Serrano Pepper Honey Balsamic Balsamic Vinegar and my salads have not been the same since. I actually look forward to eat a salad. Also use the Persian lime olive oil to fry my scrambled eggs with. Put a little Italian seasoning on top and the eggs taste amazing. Looking forward to try other oils and vinegars.
So very good! Bought my bottle in Manitou Springs. Back home in MS now. Will definitely be ordering this oil online!
I haven't cooked with it yet, but just the flavor out of the bottle to taste test it is delicious. I think it will be great on salads and fish....maybe even in MOJO!
