    Tasty!

This oil is delicious, I have used it to make roast potatoes either in the oven or on the barbeque. Also drizzled over pork. Really am loving these fantastic flavored oils.

    Potent!

Sue's Review: This oil has a very strong, potent rosemary flavor that is overpowering. Probably would only be good on lamb. I will not buy again.

From The Olive Tap: Thank you for your honest feedback. Yes, the Rosemary Olive Oil is quite potent, just as fresh rosemary leaves are in nature. We have many customers who absolutely love this oil for its intense flavor, however, we understand everyone's palates are distinct. We hope you found an alternate, maybe consider our Tuscan Herb Olive Oil.

I use this in my Bread Recipes!

I substitute this olive oil for regular oil in my bread recipes and it gives an incredible flavor (not overwhelming) to the bread. It's also great for Italian pastas with olive oil and garlic--but don't substitute all the oil or it will overwhelm. The infused oil has great stamina and captures the rosemary flavor very well, which is not true of some herbal oils.

Frequently Bought Together:

Description

Premium Olives and Rosemary needles were crushed simultaneously in the same press at a small mill in Italy creating a highly aromatic olive oil.  Cooks who seek Rosemary Flavor but want an alternative to dried seasonings will appreciate the intensity of this oil.

Use The Olive Tap's Rosemary Olive Oil anywhere you would use dried Rosemary.  It is delicious on roasted red meats, chicken and potatoes.  Grilled Lamb and Beef chops, steaks and roasts need only a slight drizzle after cooking for a delicious taste sensation.
Use in your favorite bread recipes.  We especially like it in focaccia and ciabatta breads.

Perfect Pairings:
