Sue's Review: This oil has a very strong, potent rosemary flavor that is overpowering. Probably would only be good on lamb. I will not buy again.

I substitute this olive oil for regular oil in my bread recipes and it gives an incredible flavor (not overwhelming) to the bread. It's also great for Italian pastas with olive oil and garlic--but don't substitute all the oil or it will overwhelm. The infused oil has great stamina and captures the rosemary flavor very well, which is not true of some herbal oils.
