I purchased the black currant because it was described as one of the more popular flavors. I think it tastes like artificial banana flavor which is not appealing to me. I debated on which flavor to purchase as they are quite pricey and unfortunately I made a bad choice :-(

I am Plant-based and this vinegar takes layering of flavors to another universe! 4.5 acidity, add your favorite mustard and a tad bit of maple syrup...wonderful! Also fabulous on veggies or by itself! Indulge yourself. No comparison with other balsamics...buy it.
